Rooms

Our rooms have been recycled combining the rustic style with comfort: suites with electric heating or fireplace. According to their size they can be double, triple or quadruple. Accommodation includes breakfast service.

Restaurant and lounge

Lunch or dinner are provided with advance reservation. Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be served outdoors or in our lounge. In the winter season, the fireplace, the stone construction materials and the atmosphere of past times contribute to create a very cozy environment. In the summer season, the coolness of its construction allows the visitor to run away from the intense heat. Food is prepared with fresh season products and the typical selected Uruguayan grilled meats. This lounge can be used as a meeting place or to enjoy a good book by a roaring fire in solitude.

Rides

We have about 60 horses to enjoy guided rides. The guides are part of the farm's staff and are specially trained for this type of work. There are different circuits within the farm, some shorter than others. It is recommended to say beforehand if the person is used to ride or not, to select the horse accordingly. By way of example, the ride can be to Castillo de Piria (Piria Castle) or to the Cerro del Cristo, Cerro de Las Palmas or to a beautiful 4 hectare artificial lake.

Rural Activities

Our guests can often participate in the typical cattle or horse-related tasks. Therefore, anyone can share these activities by helping the farm staff to drive a herd of cattle, participate in a branding, observe sanitary duties or break in foals.

Trekking, long walks, bird watching

Due to its topographic unevenness and its fantastic views, this piece of land provides the traveler with a great variety of satisfactions. The uneven land offers a good opportunity to exercise, and at the same time the great variety of birds than can be observed is really noticeable.

We have an attractive and acknowledged circuit to offer. Reservation required.

Orientation

This is a new sport in our country and a common one in Northern Europe. We offer the possibility of organizing groups comprising 15 persons. This sport consists of locating with a map and a compass the different positions over the land in a specific circuit. You win a prize according to time and precision. Reservation required.
